NOTICE
Festival of Lights is round the corner. This year Diwali will be celebrated on Wednesday, the 7th of November 2018.
In line with celebrations held in the past, this year again AMAOA proposes to celebrate the festivity in a befitting manner in our premises. Accordingly it is proposed to put up Stalls for display/sale of various activities/items, Food Stalls, Swings for children etc. There shall also be lightning in our entire premises. Nicely lit Stage with DJ and several Artists performing on music is being arranged.
These Stalls shall be open for booking by our residents too. Those of the residents desirous to put up their items for display/ sale may contact our Maintenance Office for booking of stall/s.
They may also contact our Secretary, Mr. Avneesh Kumar Jha (Mobile No.9811221781) for the purpose.The required details are as under:-
1. Date of Diwali Mela: 04th November 2018.
2. Rate for Stall Booking (Residents): Rs.1500/-(One table with two chairs under a canopy)
3. Rate for Stall Booking (Non-Residents): Rs.2000/-(One table with two chairs under a canopy)
Residents may book as many Stalls as desired. Booking shall be done on
First Come First Serve Basisbeginning Tuesday the 23rd October 2018.
AMAOA reserves its rights to allow/disallow bookings of Stalls & its decision shall be final and binding on all.
So let us all participate in the Celebrations with full gusto and enthusiasm.
An humble request to all : may we all shun bursting crackers this year! We are mighty sure that our children will also love & support this initiative. Let us try to make a difference this time. Let us do our bit to save environment for our posterity is this too much of an expectation?
